Pranks or Phony Data
Submissions. Travel quote requests that are
obvious pranks will receive credit for phony
referral request. |

Credit will be given for
travel quote requests that do not apply to
agent's pre-selected filtering criteria as
outlined in the contract. |

Wrong telephone numbers. If
the telephone number is incorrect, credit will
be given. Bad email addresses will not be
credited if the telephone numbers are correct.
Call the client to update the email
address. |

Technical Difficulties. If
the agent receives a quote that is illegible or
has become garbled, it is the agent's
responsibility to contact TravelReferrals.com for
re-transmission. It is the agent’s
responsibility to notify TravelReferrals.com if you
are experiencing email problems. |

No other reason is valid
for lead credits |

Credits will not be given for the following
examples: clients who
do not return agents calls, no answer or no
returned calls; clients who have already
purchased travel from another source; clients
who claim to be working with somebody else; sold
out packages that the client may have initially
requested; clients who claim they have changed
their mind and our now not interested; Last
minute travel requirements, requesting travel
more than 7 days in
advance. |
